CLASS BENEFITS & OUTLINE
KICKBOXING & MUAY THAI
A class starts with a warm up and a stretch. After this you will be partnered up with someone your own level a do a series of easy to learn Kickboxing & boxing drills with and with out focus mitts and Thai pads. Every student is encouraged to participate at a pace comfortable to them. A suggested uniform for this class is club kickboxing shorts t-shirt or Singlet and bare feet as long as you are comfortable and can move freely.
BOXING
Boxing is fantastic for improving fitness, strength & coordination. We cater for all levels, you can just for the fitness aspect of it or compete at a more serious level. The uniform is shorts and tshirt or singlet & shoes.
ZENRYOKU MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
All classes start with a warm up & stretch. Zenryoku Martial Arts is a Mixed Martial Art this means along with the traditional movements, techniques and discipline practiced we combine a wide range of other arts together to give us a realistic and practical art for today's lifestyle. Giving you the ability to deal with any situation you may find yourself in. Most students wear a Gi (Martial Arts Uniform). However you do not have to purchase these unless you choose to grade.
MMA
This class a designed for learning the realistic way to defend yourself. It combines strikes, throws, submissions and more into one form of fighting called Mixed Martial Arts. You will learn to defend yourself on your feet & on the ground. It is taught in clothing you have good range of movement.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Cardio kickboxing is based around what a Kickboxer or boxer would do to get fight fit without the hitting of each other. It is fun, easy to learn and excellent for weight loss, muscle toning and improving your fitness level. Cardio Kickboxing is fantastic fat burning class for anyone looking for a fun new way to exercise and looking to lose those extra few kg. The uniform for this class is the same as Kickboxing.
TOTALFIT
This is a class designed for students to bring out their individual best. It is a circuit style class where students do a variety of exercises that improve all areas of fitness from cardio, strength, flexibility, speed, accuracy, agility, power, stamina, endurance, coordination.
BAG ATTACK
If you are looking for a quick, fun, power filled, fat burning, fitness class, bag Attack is for you. It is a half hour class where every student has their own 6ft punching bag in front of them and follows a series of very easy to learn energising combinations set by the instructor in the middle. This class will get you in shape from your big toe to the top of your head guaranteed.
SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
This is form of wrestling that combines submissions along with controlling positions. It is a non striking class so safe for anyone to participate in. The uniform is typically a rashguard and shorts or Gi pants however a Tshirt and shorts is fine or comfortable pants for ladies.
STENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class combines pad training with a strength circuit it is fantastic to hit all areas of the body. You will increase your strength, improve your fitness & tone your body. Anybody is welcome to join.
