Outdoor Fighting Fit Training

Fighting Fit 

Training times are Tuesday & Thursday mornings 6.00am to 7.00am.

To participate you need to book at Zen Training Centre by coming in and saying hi so we can explain a few details face to face. 

If you want to get fit, toned, strong and confident this is the class for you to join. The class is structured around how a fighter would train for a competition without the fighting so you will get fit not hit.

The class is conducted by trainers that compete regulary. So they understand what it takes to get to this level and also know the motivation that is needed to get there.

The class will challenge you to push yourself in a fun motivating format to levels that you might not have reached before. We guarantee you will become stronger in the mind and the body.

You do not have to be at a high fitness level to participate in this class all drills are conducted at your own pace.
